At furrydildo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. As these items do not have resale value, all products are strictly non-refundable in accordance with industry standards.

Note：We ‌do not accept returns‌ for oversized items (e.g., BDSM Sex Furniture and similar large sex toys), as the processing costs for such returns are prohibitively high, akin to furniture products.Please carefully review product details before placing your order. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo/video evidence within ‌48 hours of delivery‌ for after-sales assistance.

Customer Responsibilities

If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss potential solutions. 

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.
