At furrydildo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. As these items do not have resale value, all products are strictly non-refundable in accordance with industry standards.

Note:We ‌do not accept returns‌ for oversized items (e.g., BDSM Sex Furniture and similar large sex toys), as the processing costs for such returns are prohibitively high, akin to furniture products.Please carefully review product details before placing your order. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo/video evidence within ‌48 hours of delivery‌ for after-sales assistance.

Customer Responsibilities

If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss potential solutions. 

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
